Juny Mora is our Quality and Sustainability Manager, with a career dedicated to building high‑performance corporate systems and positioning sustainability as a strategic driver to strengthen business performance. She is a Chemical Engineer and holds an Executive Master’s in Renewable Energy and Environmental Sustainability, as well as university diplomas in Human Resources, Process Engineering, and Corporate Control Management.

Juny brings extensive experience in Quality and Sustainability Management, supported by her accreditation as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Her leadership in integrated management systems, together with her broad expertise across environmental, social, economic, and human‑capital dimensions, directs Blanboz’s alignment with international standards. She also leads certifications, audits, risk management, and sustainable investment initiatives, driving organisational transformation and embedding responsible management practices.

Her ability to deliver measurable improvements, combined with her strategic vision for sustainable growth, positions her as a key leader within the organisation.
